Micmac offers delivery in France and in the rest of the world with the exception of the following countries: North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Syria.

Delivery is free in France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia , Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

In all other countries of the world, the delivery is invoiced 20,00€.

If your delivery address is difficult to reach or isolated - for example on outer islands or other remote destinations - it is possible that the delivery gives rise to the payment of postage, in addition to the price of the products.

Delivery is usually made in 2 to 4 working days for France or in 2 to 8 working days in Europe.

You can track the preparation and return of your orders in your micmac customer account.

In the event of absence at the time of delivery, the carrier responsible for the delivery (Fedex, Chronopost or Colissimo) can offer you several solutions: a second delivery at a different time or even collection from an agency.

For La Poste, the package is left pending for 15 days in the post office responsible for delivery. The other carriers offer a delay varying between 5 and 10 days.

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return costs are your responsibility.
